I recently ordered earthing shoes from Amazon, and they arrived yesterday. Even though it’s winter, I couldn’t wait until spring to give them a try. I’m usually hesitant to buy shoes online because of sizing concerns, but I got lucky this time—they fit perfectly!
The shoes are well-crafted and incredibly comfortable. I wore them without socks to ensure direct contact, but I’ve read that wearing cotton socks can still provide the earthing benefits. Next time I go out for grounding, I plan to try them with thin cotton socks to see how that works.
